In an effort to minimize risk to patients and staff members, we have enforced the following precautions:

  1. We have decreased the number of appointments per day to reduce the number of people in the office at any given time and to have a maximum of 2 persons at the waiting area. Appointment are limited so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

  2. We will call you to inform you if we are running behind on our scheduled appointments, so you may choose to delay your arrival to our facility.

  3. It is highly recommended by the CDC to avoid locations with overcrowding.  To remain diligent with all precautions, we ask our adult patients to arrive without any guest or child.  Appointments for children should be attended with one adult only. Please do not bring any siblings or other family members to appointments.  These efforts will minimize the amount of people in our waiting room, as we diligently comply with all safety recommendations.

  4. Our clinic chairs operate 6 feet apart from each other and no more than 2 health care providers will be present in your treatment area

  5. The reception and waiting areas are being disinfected regularly throughout the working day.

  6. Quick triage will be conducted prior to entering the clinic area. Our patients will be asked about their travel,  health symptoms as well as if they were in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 or showed symptoms in the past 2 weeks.

  7. Doctors may suggest postponing some procedure until after the pandemic to reduce chances of contamination.

Upon your arrival:

  1. All patients and their accompanying parties MUST be wearing a mask or face cover at all times unless brushing or being actively treated by the doctors.

  2. We will kindly ask you to use the hand sanitizer at the front desk prior to your appointment.

  3. We will ask you to complete a  quick questionnaire and waiver.

  4. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. If you show signs of high temperature, we will ask to re-schedule your appointment for when you're feeling better.

  5. You will be asked to brush and rinse with an antimicrobial mouth wash prior to your appointment. Brushing stations are being disinfected after every patient.

  6. Parents are asked to wait in the waiting room during the appointment and will not be permitted to enter the treatment area. However, they will be able to view the patients and doctors as the floor plan and site lines are open.

  7. Post-op instructions will be given by our manager after treatment is completed

We will actively continue to closely monitor this situation.  If there are any updates, will notify you with any changes.
