Airway Orthodontics

Breathing is key to survival and the well being of an individual. Airway problems, including different degrees of obstruction, can have significant impact in the quality of life, and result in serious health problems such as fatigue, excess weight, headaches, chronic pain, chronic infections, insomnia, anxiety, or depression, among others.

Adult and child airway health

Poor airway health can be present in infants, children, teens, young adults, and slender humans. In growing children, breathing problems can also change facial shape resulting in narrow jaws and excessive vertical facial growth.
